We are looking to hire at once a Secretary desk clerk M/F to strengthen our Team.
Occupation on permanent contract “CDI”

Your profile:
A first experience in a similar function office constitutes an asset
Very good interpersonal skills with a developed customer sense of service
Excellent capacities of organization

Very good team spirit and dynamism
Good knowledge of MS service(office)

Work to be carried out:

Welcome and reception of the visitors, the filtering and the access control
Distribution of keys and control of the entrances to parking lots
Supervision of the visitors and the external service providers and to equip them with badges of identification
Follow-up the schedule of meeting rooms
Management of the internal and external mail
Interventions of urgency / assistance
Management and Assistance to the technical installations
Writing of reports.

Your formation:

CNV (Not violent communication and management of conflicts)
Initiation in first aid.

Languages:

* English: speaking and writing
* German: speaking and writing
* Luxembourgish speaking and understanding
* French: speaking and writing
